At Mahira, all registrations, bookings, and purchases made for our workshops, programs, or events are considered final. We do not permit cancellations initiated by participants once a registration has been successfully completed. We request all users to carefully review the event details, schedules, and requirements before confirming their booking.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare circumstance that an event, workshop, or program is cancelled by Mahira due to unforeseen reasons or operational constraints. In such cases, eligible participants will be notified promptly, and the refund process will be initiated for the amount paid for that specific event.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or any other personal reasons after the registration is confirmed. By enrolling in our events or services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and refund policy.
